Return & Replacements

Return and/or Exchange will only be done for a product(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Return and/or Exchange for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined.

To start a return request, please refer to the following steps:

Fill in the following form
Our Return Department will get in touch with you in 1-3 working days
Once you receive feedback and approval from the Return Department, pack the product(s) back into its original packaging along with its packing list

According to International QC Inspection standard, thread ends, micro spots for marking, unopened button holes, stain( within 1 cm), deviation of measurement (within 1-3cm), and defects caused by deliberate destruction of stretching are NOT defined as defects
Return and Exchange is NOT available for sales/ discounted items, shirt/ top, intimates, accessories, and any other pre-mentioned non-returnable items
Return parcel must reach us within 7 working days (for Malaysia order) or 14 working days (for International order), upon the confirmation and update from our Return Department.

Kindly note that all return parcels are dealt via mailing only. If returned product(s) does not meet the requirements for returns set out above, We reserves the right to reject the return and any request for a refund. Note that return delivery fee to Our address and second delivery to recipient’s address will be borne by customers.

ALL RETURN AND REFUND WILL BE PERFORMED IN STORE CREDIT ONLY
If return request is granted, we will proceed with refunds to your We account as soon as possible and generally within 14 days from the date on which we received the returned product(s).

Refund is available in the form of store credit only. No cash will be reimbursed for unused store credit. Please note that all voucher, discount and promotional codes issued are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferrable.

Refund will be performed based on amount paid for the previous order. Customer are required to top up the balance for their new purchase if there are price differences between the returned and new item.

Note that customer are not allow to enjoy the same promotion price for their new purchase with the store credit.

Kindly place your new order with the Store Credit within ONE (1) month.

Only returns via mailing are accepted as we do not honour return via walk-ins to our Headquarter or Retail Store.
